Finkelstein Criminal Defense PLLC is a small, independent practice by design. Every case is handled directly by the attorney who answers the phone. There is no intake department, no case manager layer, no handing you off to a junior associate after the retainer is signed.

For legal matters outside the firm's direct practice areas, including personal injury, family, employment, immigration, and civil disputes, callers are screened and, where appropriate, referred to attorneys the firm knows and trusts.
